3. Make your deposit.

We require a deposit to secure your booking. When we receive your deposit, we will confirm your schedule, your date of surgery, and your appointments for other treatments you may have requested.

Our standard payment terms.

Upon acceptance of our quotation, a “good will” deposit of about 10% of your estimated cost is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable prior to the surgery and may be paid by cash, credit card or travelers checks.

This balance may be paid directly to the hospital, hotel booking agency, and other service providers as required.

Upon consultation with your surgeon, if you decide to make changes to the planned procedures, your costs will be revised immediately up or down as needed to reflect the changes made from the original booking.

Cancellation policy.

Should you cancel within 45 days of your arrival in Bangkok, there is no refund. However, we will hold your deposit on account for one year to give you the opportunity to reschedule. Otherwise, your deposit less our service fee is refunded.
