Book your surgery in 5 easy steps
and come home happy, healthy, relaxed, and renewed.
A CST medical concierge will usually reply
to your email within 24 to 48 hours. Because we answer all email individually,
we sometimes get backed up, so please be patient. If you don’t receive
a reply from us in a couple of days, it may be because you gave
us an incomplete or wrong email address, or your security settings
prevented our reply from coming through.
As you're making your plans, keep in mind these
10 Do's and Don'ts for Medical Travel .
Step 1 - We'll prepare an individual surgery package for you.
Please complete an inquiry form so We can reply with an estimated cost and details of a surgery
package specifically for you. This surgery package will include your combined procedures, length of stay
for surgery, recovery time needed before you travel home, and a description of your expected costs. We may request you to email photos.
We do not make flight arrangements and we do
not include airfare in our cost. We’ll be happy to refer you to
travel agents whom we use and who understand your needs.
Step 2 - Book your surgery.
When you're ready and when you know your approximate
dates of travel, make your booking. We'd like a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks notice if possible. You will receive pre-surgery instructions, some of which will include not taking certain medications, nutritional supplements, etc. for a month or so before surgery.
Step 3 - Make a deposit.
When we receive your booking request, we will email you a
detailed price quote and a request for deposit in order to
schedule your procedure. Our payment
terms.
Step 4 - Provide your medical history.
Complete the medical
history questionnaire and return it to us for review by your doctor. In certain
cases, you may be required to provide medical documents from
your local physician.
Step 5 - Reconfirm your travel dates.
And now, you are ready to board your flight!
